Truck Driver CDL A or B
About the role
A_ CDL Driver_ at White Cap… Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites. Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety. Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate. May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
- Makes use of a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
- Fulfills DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance.
- Operates with a strong sense of safety.
- Ensures accuracy of manifests and all paperwork.
- Assists warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- A current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding).
- Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations.
- Forklift certification.
- Spanish language proficiency.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay
Pay Range: $23.50-$32.80 Hourly
Schedule
Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, paid holidays.
