Truck Driver CDL A No Experience Needed

About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 9 months or less of CDL driving experience.
• A minimum of 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder background and a Motor Vehicle Registration check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A.
• Ability to: Follow written and/or oral instructions, Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.

Qualifications

Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Pay

Weekly Minimum Guarantee During Training: $1050
Weekly Minimum Guarantee After Training: $1385
Miles Pay: $0.51 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week
Stops Pay: $11.00 per Stop
Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
