Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily

Pay

$1,312 or more per week (equivalent to $30.00 per hour).

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday, start time 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM; 40‑45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Load and unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by the customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 years
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• Hold appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position (Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire)
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: either 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Additional screening may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or badging or background requirements of the assigned customer
