About the role
Local CDL-A Delivery Driver responsible for delivering food and restaurant-related items within the community.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform touch freight handling, including lifting and moving products weighing between 40–100 pounds.
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers, maintaining high service standards.
- Follow proper documentation and communication protocols for deliveries.
- Participate in ongoing training, safety programs, and cross-training opportunities.
- Support company initiatives for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- At least 21 years old, with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Preferred: 1 year of customer delivery experience, 6 months of hand truck experience, 6 months of food/beverage experience, and a consistent work history.
