Requirements
- Class A CDL, Hazmat endorsement a plus
- Pass background check
- Pass all pre-employment and periodic physicals and drug screens
- Clean driving record
- Good time management, organizational, and communication skills

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transporting freight between various locations over long distances, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Perform equipment inspections before and after each trip to ensure safety and mechanical issues
- Carefully plan routes to avoid traffic, delays, or unnecessary tolls, ensuring timely deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery times and arrangements, including obtaining signatures upon delivery
- Ensure customer receiving teams only unload the correct number of items per the bill of laden, and report any issues to the Logistics Manager
- Secure loads before leaving for the next stop to prevent damage
- Follow WinTech Logistics Policy
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience required, 5 or more years preferred
