Responsibilities
- Safely transport products to dealer and customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Represent Northern National Trucking in a professional manner at all times.
- Respond appropriately to unexpected situations and delivery challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required within 90 days of hire
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
- This position is paid hourly, with a pay range of $25–$31 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and endorsements.
- Hours worked over 40 in a workweek are considered overtime and paid at time and a half.
