About the role
The Truck Driver position is responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another using company-owned vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and vision
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
Skills
- Proficient in operating a commercial vehicle
- Experience with GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management skills
