About the role

Our Process Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for specialty chemicals. This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering and process development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for specialty chemicals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process feasibility and manufacturability
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process efficiency and product quality
• Write technical reports and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process development and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices
• Experience with process control systems and instrumentation
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
