Responsibilities
- Responsible for pick-up and delivery of all items required at the time of service.
- All packages with tracking labels must be scanned by the ROi designated tracking system to the department or next step in the delivery process.
- Responsible for utilizing daily equipment in a safe & damage free manner, (scanning handheld, electric pallet jack, two-wheeler, vehicle, etc. When required, equipment should be logged in and out daily.
- Conducts daily check in staging area for product that needs to go out for delivery that day. For example, driver mailbox, route racks and refrigerator.
