Truancy School Liaison
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in provisional behavioral health services.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the county for school visits and occasional transportation of participants.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking candidates are a plus!

Summary of Position
Truancy School Liaison provides intensive, individualized truancy services in non-traditional settings, including the home, school, and community. This role supports youth identified by their school districts and families as needing assistance due to truancy issues. The goal is to implement effective clinical interventions and support services that help youths function and thrive within their educational environments.
