About the role

As the brand ambassador, the Café Shift Lead is responsible for assisting in the development of crew members that serve customers with unparalleled hospitality while aligning with our culture and values of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate guest service experience with strong customer service skills.
• Communicate concise details about Tropical Smoothie Café products and information to all guests.
• Be responsible for product and guest service standards.
• Foster an environment of teamwork.
• Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work well with Crew Members and Managers.
• Maintain excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Participate in all Tropical Smoothie Café training programs.

Schedule

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
• Ability to work up to a 20-40 hour work week.

Pay

• Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour.
• Opportunity to earn up to $5 in tips.
