About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and courteously
• Serves food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of the café
• Handles cash transactions accurately and follows all financial policies
• Supports team members in achieving café goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Work week is flexible, with the option to start as early as 5:00 AM or as late as midnight, depending on café hours and availability.
