Trinity Safety and Security Officer

Requirements

• High School or GED graduate
• 20 (twenty) hour Security Certificate
• Current and valid PERC
• Pass a background check
• Pass a physical exam
• Pass fingerprinting requirements
• Ability to work well with others
• Good command of basic verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations
• Physical ability to lift, carry, pull, and push items up to 30 pounds in weight
• Physical ability to stand, walk, tolerate extended periods of standing, walking, noises, vibrations, stooping, and kneeling
• Normal hearing and vision or correctable vision to normal levels
• Valid driver’s license (a plus)

Work Schedule

The Safety and Security Officer shall generally work forty (40) hours each week in accordance with the schedule personally arranged, and mutually agreed to with the Manager, Security Services.

Working Conditions

This position is susceptible to job hazards; so protective clothing must be worn at all times. Additionally, this position does require unusual or excessive physical exertion.
