Member Duties
- Create systems to increase fundraising and development outcomes to expand Trinity Center’s reach in addressing the basic needs of unhoused and low-income individuals.
- Develop fundraising plan to identify strategies to increase funding.
- Serve to create systems for sustainable fundraising and volunteer engagement systems.
- Develop and implement plans to increase the number of volunteers who donate financially to the organization.
- Strengthen impact communications to better position program areas for increased funding by improving messaging, documenting outcomes, and supporting fundraising efforts.
