Trimming

Responsibilities

• Inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded
• Uses a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards
• Demonstrates the proper usage and safety of hand tools
• Properly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shipped
• Ensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace

• Able to perform critical thinking and complex problem-solving
• Work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions
• Detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively
• Work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated
• Show moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings
