OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why You’ll Love It Here" etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real content. The posting includes "Why You’ll Love It Here" which could be "About the role" or maybe "Benefits". There's also "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Physical Demands", "Environmental Conditions", "Tools & Equipment", "Benefits". Also "People Promise" and "Our People Promise" but that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Also Spanish duplicate content; we should preserve substantive info but not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." However duplicate Spanish version is essentially same content in Spanish; we could keep both? Probably we should keep only one language? The instruction didn't say to remove duplicates across languages, but we should remove duplicated lines. The Spanish version repeats same info; we could keep one version (English) and drop Spanish to avoid duplication. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; dropping Spanish would lose that language info, but it's duplicate of same info. Likely acceptable to drop duplicate. We'll keep English sections. We need to format: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph "Join a Company That Grows People At Lewis, we’re not just trimming trees — we’re building a future..." plus "Why You’ll Love It Here" bullet points? Actually "Why You’ll Love It Here" is a list of bullet-like sentences. We'll treat that as part of About the role. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Do as a Trimmer". We'll put each as
  • . - Qualifications: includes "What You Bring" bullet list plus "Physical Demands", "Environmental Conditions", "Tools & Equipment". Those could be separate sections? The instruction says use headings for specific categories: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications and maybe Skills. The posting includes "Qualifications" heading with bullet list. Then separate sections for Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Tools & Equipment. Those could be considered part of Qualifications or maybe Skills? But we should only create sections when posting has real specific content. We could create a "Qualifications" section that includes the bullet list under "What You Bring". Then we could add a "Skills" section for things like "Strong teamwork, communication, and situational awareness skills." but that's already in qualifications. Physical Demands etc could be under "Requirements"? Actually there is no explicit Requirements heading; we could treat Physical Demands etc as "Requirements". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: intro + Why You’ll Love It Here. - Responsibilities: responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe combine Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Tools & Equipment? Or we could split: Requirements for physical/environmental, Skills for technical skills? But we have Qualifications heading already used for the "What You Bring" list. So we can have: - Qualifications: the bullet list under "What You Bring". - Skills: maybe not needed separately; we could omit if no distinct skills beyond qualifications. - Requirements: Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Tools & Equipment. - Benefits: list under "Benefits What We Offer". - Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive pay" and "Sign-on bonus". That's pay info. So we should create a Pay section with those details. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; there is travel, potential overnight stays, but no schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. So omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, People Promise, Spanish posting, etc. We must keep all substantive info: intro, why you'll love it, responsibilities, qualifications (what you bring), physical demands, environmental conditions, tools & equipment, benefits (competitive pay, sign-on bonus, ESOP, paid training, health/dental/vision/HSA, 401(k)+PTO+EAP). Also mention CPR/First Aid provided, etc. Also mention "Valid driver’s license, CDL, and medical certification as required." etc. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

But note: "Why You’ll Love It Here" is a heading? In original it's a heading. We could treat it as a

    but we only allowed

for section headings. However we can keep it as a

    with strong? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid other headings, but we should avoid extra headings? Safer to keep as

with maybe . But we could keep as

and then list. Alternatively we could treat "Why You’ll Love It Here" as part of About the role paragraph. I'll include as

    Why You’ll Love It Here:

    then
      . Now Responsibilities:

      • Paid training and industry certifications
      • Health, dental, vision & HSA options
      • 401(k) + Paid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Now Pay: we already included competitive pay and sign-on bonus in Benefits. But we could also separate Pay section. However we already have those in Benefits; maybe better to have Pay section separate with those details, and Benefits for other items. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine pay into Benefits. But we have a Benefits section already; we could keep Pay separate if we want. However we already listed competitive pay and sign-on bonus under Benefits; that may be okay. But we might want to follow the headings list: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Since we have pay info, we should create a Pay section. Then Benefits section for other benefits (ESOP, paid training, health etc). Let's adjust. Thus:

      Pay

      • Competitive pay
      • Sign-on bonus

      Benefits

      • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
