Trimmer

Ensure the safety of the crew while maintaining 5S standards. Operate Trim Press within cycle times determined by management. Handle platters with extreme care and ability to fabricate tongs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove trim tooling
• Adjust trim press shut height
• Assist hammer operator with adjustments, knocking out, or driving in hammer keys
• Visually monitor and adjust air lines for scale removal
• Visually inspect product for defects
• Report any issues with the cell or trim tooling

Requirements

• Able to stand for 10 hours
• Ability to manipulate parts through the process using tongs
