Trim Technician

About the role

The Trim Technician is responsible for all duties related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying of the cannabis plants in our facilities. Duties performed include hand trimming, maintaining harvesting equipment, harvesting plants, handling post-harvest plants, and processing cannabis waste.

Responsibilities

• Take and follow directions.
• Work with a team and be independently motivated.
• Manicure a minimum of 1 pound in a 10-hour shift consistently, by the end of the first 90 days.
• Ensure work areas are clean and always maintained to the standards of the company as well as CCC requirements.
• Ensure end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.
• Be accountable and reliable.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the lead and/or managers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Must adhere to the MA. CCC hiring guidelines.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist, kneel, crouch to access equipment, lift and carry up to 50lbs.
