As an essential part of our cultivation operation, you'll help transform freshly harvested cannabis into premium products that meet our industry-leading quality standards. What You'll Do Wet trim approximately 15-25 harvested cannabis plants daily Assist with dry trimming, de-sticking, bucking, and post-harvest processing Follow all NETA policies, procedures, and Massachusetts cannabis regulations Meet daily and weekly production goals established by department leadership Inspect plant material to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained Work collaboratively with a team of 8-16 Trim Technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Properly clean and sanitize tools and equipment Accurately complete assigned tasks with attention to detail and efficiency Support additional Harvest Department needs as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDValid government-issued photo identificationAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independently when requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting Preferred Qualifications Six (6) months or more of cannabis, agricultural, greenhouse, horticulture, nursery, or cultivation experiencePrevious experience working in a production or manufacturing environmentPassion for plant science and commercial cultivation Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistanceAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the workdayComfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cooler temperaturesAbility to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiredAbility to climb ladders and work safely around cultivation equipmentComfortable working in an environment with exposure to plant materials, pollen, dust, odors, fertilizers, and varying indoor climate conditionsWorking in a cultivation and production environment Why Join Us?
