We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes duties (list), requirements (conditions of employment), qualifications (GS-9, GS-11 details), benefits (mention of benefits package), maybe pay not mentioned, schedule not mentioned. Also there is "Additional information" about relocation, benefits, etc. There's also "Education" section but that's part of qualifications. There's "Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan" etc but those are more about eligibility; could be part of Requirements? The instruction: remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, EEO, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. We need to preserve substantive info: duties, requirements (conditions of employment), qualifications, benefits. Also maybe "Additional information Payment of relocation expenses will not be authorized. A relocation incentive may be considered as appropriate based on qualifications." That's substantive about relocation; could be part of Benefits or a separate section? There's no specific heading for relocation; but we could include under Benefits? Might be better to include a short paragraph under Benefits or a separate "Additional Information" but we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Benefits if relevant. Benefits heading only if posting actually states them. It does: "The Department of Justice offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, in part, paid vacation; sick leave; holidays; telework; life insurance; health benefits; and participation in the Federal Employees Retirement System." So we can have Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Schedule: not mentioned, omit. Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer from duties but better not to create unless explicit. So omit Skills. About the role: we have a summary paragraph at start: "For more information on the Department of Justice and the United States Attorneys' Offices, visit ... As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement. This position is also being announced to All U.S. Citizens and Nationals under 26-AZ-13057312-DE." That's metadata; maybe we can include a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph under About the role (or maybe just a

before sections). But we need headings only when we have real specific content. Could we have an About the role section with a paragraph summarizing the role? The posting includes "Duties Help Duties At the full performance level, the Tribal Victim Assistance Specialist will provide a variety of services to victims in the Indian Country." That's essentially the role description. So we could put that as About the role. Thus sections: About the role (paragraph), Responsibilities (maybe same as duties? Actually duties list is under Duties. Responsibilities maybe same; but we have a Duties list. Could treat that as Responsibilities. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: The position is Tribal Victim Assistance Specialist, providing services to victims in Indian Country. Could include the sentence: "At the full performance level, the Tribal Victim Assistance Specialist will provide a variety of services to victims in the Indian Country." Also maybe the link to DOJ website? That's minor metadata; could be included as a short paragraph. Responsibilities: The list of duties under Duties: - Provides advice to attorneys and management serving as a focal point for tribal victim matters within the district. - Develops and implements specific program activities which promote compliance with Federal victim laws and guidelines. - Establishes and maintains communication between various organizations and social service groups that promote the rights of Native American victims. - Provides victims with information regarding the criminal justice system, courtroom orientations, and court escorts. - Prepares victims for courtroom appearances and/or contacts with legal representatives. - Obtains services and assistance for victims through specific federal programs and funds. - Advocates on behalf of victims regarding issues caused by crime and knowledge of crisis intervention services and programs, case management, and direct services. - Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. We need to put these in
  • . Requirements: Conditions of employment: - Must be a U.S. Citizen or National. - Initial appointment conditioned upon satisfactory pre-employment adjudication (fingerprint, credit and tax checks, drug testing). - Continued employment subject to favorable adjudication of a background investigation. - Must be registered for Selective Service, if applicable. - If selected, may be required to complete a one year probationary period. - Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement. - Must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement and before placement in the position. Also maybe include ICTAP, CTAP, VEOA, Special Employment Consideration? Those are eligibility considerations; could be part of Requirements or a separate section but we don't have a heading for them. Could fold into Requirements as additional eligibility info. However the instruction: remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, EEO, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Those ICTAP etc are not boilerplate; they are specific programs. Might be worth including under Requirements as bullet points? But we need to keep it concise. Could include a paragraph summarizing that eligible displaced federal employees may receive selection priority under ICTAP/CTAP, and veterans under VEOA, etc. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we should not drop them. So we need to include them somewhere. Perhaps under Requirements we can have a subsection? But we only allowed headings list; we could add a paragraph under Requirements describing these programs. Qualifications: GS-9 and GS-11 details. Need to preserve all details. That's lengthy; we need to include them as paragraphs or lists. We'll keep the details. Benefits: The paragraph about benefits package. Also there is "Additional information Payment of relocation expenses will not be authorized. A relocation incentive may be considered as appropriate based on qualifications." Could be included under Benefits or a separate short paragraph maybe under Benefits. Also there is "Selective Service: If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, you must certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System, or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law." That's already covered in Requirements (Selective Service). Good. Also there is "Reasonable Accommodation Statement" etc - that's boilerplate EEO? It's about reasonable accommodation; could be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? Might be considered standard EEO; but instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodation Statement likely falls under EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also "EEO Statement/Policy" remove. Also "Political Appointees (Current or Former)" remove. Also "Help A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's duplicate of benefits; we already have benefits. Also "Review our benefits Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency fo" truncated; that's boilerplate; remove. Thus final HTML: sections:
