Tribal Engagement Specialist
About the role
The Tribal Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships between the company and Native American communities. This individual will work closely with tribal leaders and organizations to promote mutual understanding and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tribal leaders and organizations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the company and Native American communities.
- Research and analyze data related to tribal engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on tribal engagement activities.
- Represent the company at various tribal events and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Native American Studies, Anthropology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Native American communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications
- Native American heritage preferred.
- Experience with federal and state government agencies.
- Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting Native American communities.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay
