Tribal Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Tribal Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships between the company and Native American communities. This individual will work closely with tribal leaders and organizations to promote mutual understanding and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tribal leaders and organizations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the company and Native American communities.
• Research and analyze data related to tribal engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on tribal engagement activities.
• Represent the company at various tribal events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Native American Studies, Anthropology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Native American communities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Native American heritage preferred.
• Experience with federal and state government agencies.
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting Native American communities.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay
