Essential Functions
- Work directly with lead trial counsel throughout the trial preparation process.
- Conduct comprehensive trial readiness audits to identify gaps in proof, discovery, witnesses, exhibits, and other trial preparation needs.
- Cook up coordination with attorneys, paralegals, litigation assistants, investigators, experts, and vendors to ensure critical tasks are completed.
- Organize and maintain digital trial files and supporting databases.
- Prepare witness files, exhibit lists, deposition designations, demonstrative evidence, and trial notebooks.
- Aid in developing timelines, witness summaries, demonstrative evidence, and other materials used to prepare and present cases at trial.
- Prepare courtroom presentation materials and provide technology support during trial.
- Aid in the implementation, and refining technology-driven workflows that improve how our trial team prepares cases, including the thoughtful use of AI and litigation technology.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This role may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during active trial preparation and trial periods.
- May require travel to courthouses and off-site locations.
- Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds/up to 25 pounds/up to 50 pounds/more than 50 pounds.
