About the role

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Trial Partner to lead and manage significant cases across various practice areas within its established Labor & Employment group in Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop case theories and manage cases from inception through trial
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys
• Advise clients on trial strategies
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Work closely with a diverse group of talented attorneys
• Serve a sophisticated client base

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with employment trial experience required
• Proven track record of success in the courtroom, including experience in jury trials and preference with appellate cases
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing
• Willingness to travel as required for trials and client meetings

$250,000 to $285,000
