Who You Are:

You are a customer service professional with a passion for helping prospects discover the value of HighLevel's platform. You excel in engaging and nurturing new customer relationships, conducting consultative trials, and providing technical support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships
  • Align solutions to customer goals, needs, and objectives
  • Develop strong rapport with a pipeline of new business customers through inbound customer engagement
  • Learn and articulate the Value Proposition of the HighLevel platform to drive trial to paid metrics
  • Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts via Zoom
  • Engage through additional communication channels like phone, SMS, email, and ticketed support
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify compelling solutions
  • Exercise judgment in developing and implementing methods to achieve desired results
  • Provide technical support during the trial period

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of previous customer service or relevant roles
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM, marketing automation, social media management, website/funnel building, and SEO
  • Working knowledge of various CRM platforms and communication systems
  • Preferred working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media applications
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team
  • Highly organized to manage multiple responsibilities
