Location: 17th Judicial District, Phillips County, KS
Pay
- $18.75 per hour
- $19.23 per hour after 6 months of successful performance
- $20.68 per hour after 1 year of successful performance

Responsibilities
- Receive, docket, and process cases for District Court
- File and record case pleadings
- Issue process as required following well-established procedures
- Set hearings and maintain calendar
- Receipt and disburse monies
- Assist in preparation of docket
- Complete judicial reports
- Provide information and assistance to judiciary, members of the bar, law enforcement agencies, DCF, and the public by phone and in person
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clerk of the District Court
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalency
- One year of clerical or legal experience preferred
- Knowledge of modern office practices and computer programs
