Trendsend Stylist Part Time-Fashion Warehouse-Minnetonka, MN

Role Expectations

• Style Evereve customers using Trendsend’s online styling platform
• Efficient time management. Completing the work during the scheduled shift time
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on EVEREVE’s main communication platform, AlphaReview, in detail
• Customer profile through the Trendsend stylist app
• Curate 6-8 pieces specific to your customers body type, lifestyle, and personal requests
• Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers
• Oversee and inspecting the items before you add them into your customers box
• Partner with warehouse team members to add value, collaborate, and solve problems
• Sales Driver. Practice consistent behavior skills to produce sales. Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan $180 SPB (sales per box)
• Consistently delivers HEART and ensures that the Evereve Styling Experience is delivered to each and every customer

Requirements

• Availability to work 8 hours minimum per week with a maximum of 36 hours per week
• The Warehouse is open 7:00am-9:00pm Monday-Sunday
• The ideal candidate can work 3x5-hour shifts per week
• Styling experience
