Tree Room Service Bartender
About the role
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar; preparing and serving drinks; and updating the wine list and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the bar at the beginning and end of each shift and keep bar clean and organized at all times.
- Buff glasses.
- Knowledge and compliance of Utah liquor laws.
- Learn all drinks and obtain a good knowledge of wines.
- Prepare all drinks/wine for the guests.
- Serve as needed.
- Update lead bartender of any items that have been 86'd.
- End of the month inventory.
- Update wine list with current vintages.
- Wine service when needed.
- Run food when needed.
- Run evening bar report for reconciliation.
- Be available for wine and liquor deliveries.
Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have or obtain a current food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
- Must have or obtain a current alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.
Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Pay
$7.50/Hour + Tips
Schedule
Monday - Sunday 4 PM - 11 PM (approximately) Part-Time, Year Round Position MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
