About the role

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in North Dallas, is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will assist in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. This role is critical for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with the crew and clients near the job site.

We are dedicated to expanding our coworkers' knowledge and abilities and offer paid training to ensure you have the latest understanding of industry technology and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with crew leader and coworkers to maintain a professional image
• Provide excellent customer service
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment
• Follow company safety culture and ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations
• Understand and perform aerial lift operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of tree climbing experience
• Physical ability to climb daily
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week
