Tree Care Crew Leader

About the role

Join Joshua Tree Experts North Denver as a Crew Leader and play a critical role in delivering safe, professional, high-quality tree care across residential and commercial properties. We're building a strong, respectful, safety-first operation in North Denver, and the people who join us early will help set the standard for how work gets done in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the tree crew performing residential and commercial tree care
• Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing
• Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Cookordinate with sales and office teams to ensure job scope alignment
• Monitor equipment condition and job-site safety
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience
• Strong understanding of safe tree care operations
• Comfort interacting with customers and leading crews
• Able to work effectively with different personalities
• Valid driver's license (CDL-B preferred)
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred
