Tree Care Crew Leader

About the role

Lead and perform all residential and commercial tree & shrub care. Most crew management will be done from the tree, requiring daily climbing. Safely operate lifts, loaders, and saws while ensuring client satisfaction and job site safety. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform tree and shrub care for residential and commercial properties

Requirements

• 5+ years of tree care/climbing experience (pruning, removals, climbing)
• Expertise in tree species, diseases, and care
• Proficient with tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

ISA certification is a bonus but not required.

Pay

Availability to earn up to 50% of pay on the same day.
