Tree Care Crew Leader

About the role

Lead and perform all residential and commercial tree & shrub care. Daily climbing is required, as most crew management will be done from the tree. Safely operate lifts, loaders, and saws. Ensure client satisfaction and job site safety. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform tree and shrub care for residential and commercial clients
• Daily climbing to manage crew operations from the tree
• Safely operate lifts, loaders, and saws
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain job site safety
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of tree care and climbing experience (pruning, removals, climbing)
• Expertise in tree species, diseases, and care
• Proficiency with tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

ISA certification is a bonus but not required.
