About the role

We do everything from first time home buyer's inspections to full structural engineering design of commercial buildings to mold consulting. We are our client’s eyes to the unknown of their properties. Our services provide our clients with a peace of mind to their real estate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform home and commercial inspections for several hours a day.
• Contact clients by either telephone, email or in-person at inspections.
• Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate.
• Must be available to work six days a week. The day of the week off is your choice, but you must inspect full time.
• We give ample personal time off to spend enjoying the fruits of your labor. Our schedule is flexible with requested shifts and days off.

Requirements

• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed as a Home Inspector (required to apply).
• Minimum of two years construction or a related field experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of home inspection procedures.
• Basic skill in computers, apps and office equipment.
• Physical tasks include walking on roofs, crawling in crawlspaces, and lifting, standing, squatting for 12 plus hours a day if needed.
