About the role
As a Wound/Treatment Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
- Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
- Medication and treatment administration.
- Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Requirements
- Current LVN / LPN licensure to practice in the state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
- Wound care certificate.

Pay
Salary range: $36–$44 per hour.
