What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Aiding during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism

What You Need

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid
• If you're in recovery yourself, 18+ months in recovery required
