Treatment Mental Health Professional (Minneapolis, MN)

Main Job Duties

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise within the mental health services team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting the high standards and reputation of the services offered.
• Offer one-on-one supportive counseling to clients, closely observing their behavior and emotional/physical symptoms while implementing behavioral management strategies as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to ensure that treatment interventions are aligned with the client’s current needs and overall functioning.
• Engage in team meetings and communication regarding client progress and care, and actively participate in clinical supervision to provide accurate, thorough, and timely updates to the team.

Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee)

• Salary range: $62,000-68,000 annually, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates

Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional)

• Salary range: $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates
