About the role
Ricardo Diaz DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and schedule appointments
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and insurance
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients and emergencies
- Provide patient education on dental services and practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure patient satisfaction and treatment goals are met
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
