Responsibilities
- Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate staff member
- Establishing trusting relationships with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Briefing patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Scheduling appointments
- Requesting patient records
- Following up with patients
- Managing case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team

Thursday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
