Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment plans and help them confidently move forward
- Build trust through strong communication and a great patient experience
- Follow up with patients and keep schedules full
- Help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options
- Play a key role in practice growth and patient satisfaction
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly
- Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule appointments
- Verify and optimize insurance benefits
