Passion Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Manchester Dentistry and Braces. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment needs, financial options, and next steps in their dental care journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with patients while helping them navigate treatment recommendations and insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
• Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
• Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion
