Treatment Coordinator

About the role

Our Treatment Coordinators manage patients from initial clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance, leading them to a happy and healthy smile.

Responsibilities

• Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment
• Manage patients throughout the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
• Present Treatment Plans and go over costs of services as needed

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
• Computer literate (QSI/Denticon experience a plus)
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
