Responsibilities
- Review and clearly present treatment plans
- Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Confidently discuss payment options with patients
- Clock in and out patients for appointments
- Carefully coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
- Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care
Qualifications
- Dental front office experience required
- Experience with treatment planning & dental insurance
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Pay
$20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule
Some roles may require limited travel
