Treatment Coordinator - $2,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

The Treatment Coordinator at CHOICE Healthcare Services is responsible for ensuring an ideal new patient experience. This role involves following the full assessment by the doctor, spending time with patients to answer questions about treatment and fees, and ensuring patients are well-informed about their treatment options and alternative fees.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before and continually monitoring and moving appointments.
• Supports the office, doctor, and team members.
• Discusses the orthodontic treatment plan with patients/parents.
• Explains office policies and procedures.
• Schedules contract, records, and any follow-up appointments needed in Practice Management System.
• Maintains and utilizes the recall system.
• Backs up the front desk by being third on the phones.
• Prepares contracts and discusses financial arrangements, having the responsible party sign.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with dental or orthodontic treatment planning.
• Understanding of dental terms and ability to present financial arrangements.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
