Description
MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will lead a team of nurses, counselors, and support staff to provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from opioid addiction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic within budgeted and planned results
- Hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and terminate staff members
- Supervise clinic personnel and communicate corporate mandates, goals, and objectives
- Work closely with regulatory bodies and prepare necessary applications and filings
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Create and monitor key performance indicators and react accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
Development Responsibilities
- Engage in community relations and education to drive census growth
- Identify and implement strategies to increase and retain patient census
- Train clinic team to handle increased patient volume
- Lead efforts to hire and train culturally diverse personnel
- Participate in the Company’s Performance Improvement Process
- Support marketing programs and literature development
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- Significant experience in the field of substance abuse
- Understanding of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Strategic thinking to recommend and execute alternative solutions
- Customer service focus and energy to contribute to the company’s mission
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
