Description
Treatment Center Director/Program Director at MedMark Treatment Center oversees the Opiate Treatment Program clinic. Key responsibilities include managing operations, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Operates and manages the Opiate Treatment Program clinic to budgeted/planned results
- Hires, trains, and evaluates clinic staff
- Communicates with regulatory bodies and prepares necessary applications and filings
- Identifies and implements cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Partners with other departments to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
- Maintains key performance indicators and responds to performance data
- Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
- Participates in community relations and education activities
- Hires and trains personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
- Supports the Company Performance Improvement Process
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Supports marketing programs and literature development
Development Responsibilities
Directs efforts to increase and retain census, prepare for increased census, and participate in political activities to support the company.
- Participates in community relations and education activities
- Works with clinic team to prepare for increased census
- Participates in political activities to connect with local government boards and other stakeholders
- Identifies and hires personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
- Supports the Company Performance Improvement Process
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
- Understanding of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Strategic thinker to recommend alternative solutions and execute them
- Customer service focused, eager, and energetic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
