Job Summary
Provide chemical treatments to oil wells according to customer specifications and company processes. Maintain and safely operate vehicles used to deliver chemicals to customers and warehouse.
Essential Duties
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
- Properly load trucks
- Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled
- Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build-up, etc.
- Timely completion of treatment reports (electronic format)
- Maintain driver’s logs, according to DOT regulations
- Work well independently and as a team
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years in oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL preferred, Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker, airbrakes endorsement required. Must be licensed to drive manuals and automatics.
- Driving Requirements: Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily repetitive pulling, twisting, climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
- Work Environment: Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the Basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing speaking, and comprehending. Bilingual is beneficial.
- Computer Skills: Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries. A smart phone is required for this position.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to accurately calculate and record chemical inventory is crucial. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using weight and volume measurements.
- Work Ethic: Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.

Pay
Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected.
Schedule
5 days on/2 days off. Mon-Fri, with the occasional weekend due to weather delays, customer requests, etc. Daytime hours.
