Treasury Transformation Manager - Kyriba

Responsibilities

• Led project delivery across Kyriba-enabled treasury engagements, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and client-facing execution.
• Advised clients on treasury transformation strategies, including cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management and accounting, and financial risk management.
• Served as a subject matter advisor on Kyriba capabilities and treasury technology solutions to help clients address operational and business challenges.
• Built and expanded client relationships through solution delivery, advisory support, proposal participation, and development of treasury transformation assets and methods.
• Mentored junior professionals and oversea project deliverables to align with contract requirements, workplans, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, accounting, or another business or technology field with 5+ years of experience in consulting or corporate treasury, including Kyriba implementation, configuration, or advisory experience.
• Experience leading treasury management system implementations, treasury transformations, or vendor selection engagements.
• Experience leading project teams and managing technology implementation workstreams.
• Ability to travel 40% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); Kyriba certification in 1 or more modules; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau; experience with treasury technology ecosystems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Reval, Wall Street, or SunGard; and experience supporting proposals, business development efforts, or go-to-market initiatives.
