Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026. Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team to help CFOs, finance leaders, and executive clients modernize their finance functions, elevate performance, and drive meaningful organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Deloitte's resources and industry insights to deliver innovative, market-driven solutions for complex finance challenges.
  • Lead treasury transformation engagements, advise clients on treasury technology strategy, and deliver Kyriba-enabled solutions.
  • Manage project delivery across Kyriba-enabled treasury engagements, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and client-facing execution.
  • Advise clients on treasury transformation strategies, including cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management and accounting, and financial risk management.
  • Lead teams delivering treasury technology services, including treasury information technology strategy, bank connectivity strategy, vendor selection, process design, and treasury management system implementation.
  • Build and expand client relationships through solution delivery, advisory support, proposal participation, and development of treasury transformation assets and methods.
  • Mentor junior professionals and oversee project deliverables to align with contract requirements, workplans, and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, accounting, or another business or technology field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading treasury management system implementations, treasury transformations, or vendor selection engagements.
  • Experience leading project teams and managing technology implementation workstreams.
  • Experience with cash management, foreign exchange, debt capital markets, or interest rate risk management.
  • Ability to travel 40% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • Experience with Kyriba across cash management, liquidity management, payments, bank connectivity, or risk management use cases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with treasury technology ecosystems, including SAP, PeopleSoft, Reval, Wall Street, or SunGard.
  • Experience supporting proposals, business development efforts, or go-to-market initiatives.
