About the role
A career in our Corporate Finance and Treasury practice, within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba)
- Analyze complex financial processes to drive productivity
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on established practices
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Navigate the complexities of financial markets to deliver solutions
- Uphold quality standards in every deliverable
- Contribute to the development of impactful client strategies
- Enhance personal knowledge and brand within the finance sector
Requirements
- Possessing experience in Treasury Management System implementation (Kyriba)
- Skill in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Familiarity with financial market and banking processes
- Understanding of cash management and forecasting
- Experience conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency
- Utilizing digital tools like Alteryx and PowerBI
- Supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives
- Hands-on experience with system design and testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
