Treasury Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash and FX position (50%)
  • Ensure both liquidity and profitability through monthly cash forecast, quarterly LBE, and annual plan
  • Settle intercompany transactions via Netting system
  • Plan, execute, and report hedge programmes
  • Manage relationships with banks
• Monitor Treasury Compliance (35%)
  • Maintain LOI/approval matrix for payments, loans, and other cash transactions
  • Respond to audit queries
  • Prepare annual regulatory reports
• Other Treasury-related matters (15%)
  • Manage ESPP, pension fund, and annual insurance programme
• Cash Management
  • Monthly/quarterly forecast and LBE reporting, variance analysis, and monitoring key business changes driving cash fluctuations
  • Develop funding proposals/plans to address cash issues, including monitoring liquidity/borrowing status (drawdown, rollover, repayment, prepayment, short-term investment)
  • Optimize borrowing terms and interest by balancing liquidity and financial costs
  • Drive key treasury activities: TPA, dividends, ICB settlements, or any measures improving cash positions
• FX Management
  • Monthly FX position forecasting and reporting, including variance analysis
  • Execute hedging from bidding, exercising, signoff, reporting, recording to final realization
  • Drive key FX initiatives, such as annual cash flow hedge forecasting
• Month/Year-End Closing Activities
  • Prepare cash reconciliation reports and forward contract revaluation
  • Provide account explanations
• Reporting and Bank Relations
  • Prepare reports timely and accurately per local and global requirements
  • Draft and implement LOIs
  • Lead topics/issues/dialogues with banks at the affiliate level

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional financial experience/exposure
• Skills:
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Basic analytical skills and strong numerical skills
  • Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems
  • Good technical skills
• Language Skills:
  • Good command of English (required)
  • Korean and Japanese (preferred)
