Treasury Staff Accountant 1 (Hybrid/Remote)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily/monthly depository & credit card transactions
• Prepare and execute monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconcile daily/monthly disbursement accounts
• Prepares and/or assists with month-end closing processes and journal entries
• Promotes teamwork by backing up other team members as needed
• Affords support for the VP and other key management in the Treasury and Accounting departments

Education And Experience

0-2 years of previous Accounting experience required (Treasury/Cash Management experience preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance or similar field required

Required Skills

• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Knowledge of General Accounting and Reconciliation Procedures
• General Ledger knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task
